AssignMate AI is committed to protecting the privacy of all users who use our application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: account information (name, email, role), assignment data you enter, usage data to improve performance, and device information for crash reporting. We do NOT collect payment information, location data, or contacts.
To provide core features, authenticate your account, send optional push notifications about deadlines, improve the app based on anonymised usage patterns, and respond to support requests.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share data only with Firebase/Google for hosting and authentication, and when legally required by valid court order.
AssignMate AI is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this application. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used this app, please contact us and we will delete their data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at the contact address below.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
AssignMate AI is currently ad-free. Future versions may include advertising and we will update this Privacy Policy before any advertising is introduced.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app.
